Groundbreaking Ceremony of LUMI Legend's New Headquarters

On March 23, the 17th anniversary of LUMI Legend Group, the groundbreaking ceremony of LUMI NEW HEADQUARTERS was held in Yinzhou District, Ningbo. Senior management team of LUMI Legend Group and representatives of the construction enterprises attended the ceremony.

Located in Zhonghe Street, Yinzhou District, the new HQ are about 7,400 square meters large with a total construction area of about 30,000 square meters and are expected to be put into use in 2025 with a total investment of 170 million yuan. As the first project independently constructed by LUMI Legend Group, the presence of LUMI Legend HQ are absolutely a milestone in the development history of LUMI Legend Group.

The design inspiration of this construction comes from the prototype of water drop, which embodies A canal is formed when water comes/ When conditions are ripe, success will come and fits with the cultural concept of LUMI Legend Group. The new workplaces will be equipped with complete facilities that support integrated business work, R&D development, marketing research and so on.

At the site of the ceremony, the Chairman of LUMI Legend Group Mr.You and other senior leaders from the Construction Group claimed that with the attitude of good faith, duty and cooperation, they believed the construction project will be finished with quality and quantity guaranteed as scheduled. The HQ are expected to be one of the landmark constructions in Ningbo.
