2. We will not casually change our bank account during daily business. In case that the change is need, we would inform you in the following formal ways:

     >>Sissy Ye, the manager of Customer Management and Development Department, on behalf of the company will send a formal notice which are signed by the President, finance manager and Sissy in the form of E-mail(lumi@lumi.cn). 

    >>At the same time, our sales will send customers a fax to confirm. Or, we will call customers for double confirmation.

    >>If only one type of notice is received or both contents cannot match, the change shall be invalid.
